Review test results

Once a test has been completed by a tester, a notification will appear on your home page asking you to review the test results. You will also receive an e-mail if you are signed up to notifications.
Please review all test results within 72 hours (3 days) of submission
If a test result remains unreviewed after this period, it may be automatically accepted and payment will be made to the tester.

Finding tests to review
All test results available to review are on the "My account" page. They are also on individual test pages.
Reviewing completed tests
Click on the test results to see all comments by the tester.
If the tester has attempted to complete the test, check the Completed checkbox. Even if the test was a failure, if the tester made a proper attempt, leave it checked.
If you uncheck Completed, the test will be marked for review by an administrator.
Please leave a comment on the test result. This comment will be available for viewing by both the tester, and the administrator.
Payment
Once a test is marked as successfully completed, the agreed payment is taken from your account, and the tester is paid.
- If a test is marked as not completed, the test will be reviewed.
- If the administrator agrees that a proper attempt was not made, no payment will be taken.
- If the administrator believes the test was properly attempted, the agreed payment is taken from your account, and the tester paid.
